Be Her Hero: MUFY Fundraiser for WAO

In February, the Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY) Student Committee successfully organised Be Her Hero, a meaningful fundraiser in support of Women’s Aid Organisation (WAO).

Through the generosity of students and staff, the initiative raised RM7,500 alongside essential items such as toiletries, dry foods, and household supplies. The team also received in-kind sponsorship from Shero, contributing care products for WAO residents.

This initiative reflects the MUFY community’s strong commitment to compassion, service, and social impact.
