Re:Aligning for Impact
ASLI recently facilitated SGT S8 Internal Training: RE:ALIGNMENT for the committees of Sunway Student Ambassadors (SSA), led by our CEO, Danial Rahman.
Designed as a platform for growth and reflection, the workshop focused on equipping participants with practical leadership and interpersonal skills that are relevant to both their current responsibilities and future aspirations. Through engaging discussions and interactive activities, participants explored key themes including leadership, teamwork, building trust within teams, and the art of influencing others effectively.
Beyond frameworks and concepts, the session encouraged participants to reflect on their roles as student leaders and consider how they can foster stronger collaboration, communication, and impact within their teams and communities.
